		<description>This will continue to be an issue that everyone will be watching.  The founder seems to be a bit more 'mainstream' every day.  I saw an interview with him that indicated that he felt, eventually, all business will, in effect, sell out just because there time has passed.

It was a bit disappointing to see him so fatalistic.  Fortunately, here in Portland (as in NCal) there are a lot of great options that are better than Whole Foods and a heck of a lot more rational pricing.
